Bayern Munich Fancied to Beat Troubled Tottenham

The Champions League returns on Tuesday night and one of the games of the day is in London, where Tottenham are hosting German champions Bayern Munich. The game should be very entertaining to watch as both sides like to play attacking football but in terms of who is going to win the game goes, the German side come here in much better form and with far less going on off the field which could potentially cause disruption.

They have started their Bundesliga campaign well and are unbeaten in that competition. This is much better than Tottenham have done in the Premier League so far, they have won just three of their opening seven games in that competition. The good news for Spurs is they come here on the back of a win, but losses to Newcastle and Leicester early in the season have showed that things are not quite right at the club as we stand now.

There has been talk of off the field issues with a number of players at the club and this all stems back to the fact that a few players either wanted to leave or were told they were no longer required in the summer. These players haven’t left, they are still at the club and this is not the kind of atmosphere you need to have around a team that is looking to do well.

Tottenham vs Bayern Munich Betting Tips

This should be a very good game. Bayern started off on the front foot with a 3-0 win against Red Star in the opening round of games while Tottenham threw away a two goal lead in Greece to draw with Olympiakos.

The home side would love to bounce back from that and get a win on the board but this is going to be an incredibly tough challenge for them, and one that I don’t think they will be able to overcome.

Bayern have started this season well and they can continue that here and further add to Tottenham’s problems. We are backing a Bayern Munich win in this one on Tuesday night.
