Barcelona and Inter Milan Set to Play Out Entertaining Encounter

In the game of the night in the Champions League on Wednesday, Italian side Inter Milan travel to face Spanish giants Barcelona. This should be a very good game with both teams coming here on the back of recent domestic wins and Inter Milan in particular making a very impressive start to the season.

Inter are unbeaten in Serie A so far and even better than that, they have played six and won all six. This includes a big win over their rivals AC Milan too, they have played in pressure situations and come out on top. Whether or not they have the ability to head away and bring three points home from Barcelona remains to be seen, but they are certainly in this game and will put up a good showing.

They’ve scored 13 goals in their six Serie A games, they have found the net on a regular basis. Barcelona have done the same too, with 17 goals from their first seven games so the make up of this one appeals from a goals point of view.

This may be the best way to approach this game, with Barcelona not quite at their best at the moment and Inter Milan playing well enough to take something from the game. Picking a winner is very tough to do, but both show claims that they can score here, so this is the approach we will be taking in this fascinating matchup.

This looks as though it is the game of the night in the Champions League and plenty of fans will no doubt be tuning in to see the game unfold. Both teams hold claims when it comes to winning the game, and while it would be a surprise, it is certainly not impossible for them to go to Spain and win this.

However, as far as betting on the game goes, the best way to approach this may be to focus on the goals. Both teams look capable of scoring here, regardless of the actual game outcome so that will be where I place my bet in this one.
