AC Milan Value Away at Torino on Thursday

In the final game of the midweek Serie A schedule, AC Milan travel to Torino on Thursday evening. This is a game that is important to both teams, they both come here with two wins and two defeats from their opening four games, although they are here in a different way.

I don’t think AC Milan have done too much wrong so far, they had won two games before losing in the Milan Derby against Inter on Saturday. They didn’t perform too badly there, but were simply outclassed by a better team.

Torino won their first two games which was a great start for them, but since that they have been beaten twice and not only that, but they have been beaten by poor team. They lost to Lecce and Sampdoria, two teams they really should be beating and if anything, this is a tougher test than those games so unless they improve they look set for their third defeat in a row.

AC Milan should fancy their chances here, and rightfully so. They have done little wrong this season and while they have the same record as Torino, they come here in better shape. They were beaten in a big game at the weekend, they will need to show character to come back from that as it won’t be easy, but if they can do that then I think they provide punters with great value in Italy on Thursday.

Torino vs AC Milan Betting Tips

A tight looking game with two teams who have the same seasonal record so far. However, AC Milan have been far more impressive up to this point, and it is also worth noting that Torino have been beaten by two poor teams in the last couple of weeks. A repeat of that here would not be enough to beat AC Milan, even is Milan didn’t improve on their performance that saw them beat by Inter on Saturday.

There’s plenty of question marks over Torino right now, I will hopefully take advantage of that by backing AC Milan in this one.
